At RVO Search, our work does not end when a search is completed. We know the early months in a new role can be exciting and challenging. This is why we offer coaching to the leaders we place and to the clients we serve. Coaching gives executives a space to be heard, to think out loud, and to get support as they settle into their new environment. It helps them stay grounded, build confidence, and make thoughtful choices during a time of high expectations.

Our coaching approach
Our coaches are ICF certified, trained through Brown ACT and Georgetown ITL. Coaching with us is a supportive partnership. We listen actively, and create a space where leaders can reflect, explore, and grow.

How the engagement works
This service is optional and shaped by your needs. As the search progresses, we’ll work together to decide if coaching makes sense for the role and the person you’ve chosen. We only move forward if we both agree it’s a clear win for your new leader and your firm.
Our standard program lasts four months and includes eight hours of coaching. It is designed to support leaders as they navigate real challenges and build early momentum.
