BOB VAN OLST-President
Bob entered executive search in 1981. He was an associate with two New York City based search firms where he served clients in Advertising, Aerospace, Automotives, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals. He started RVO Search in 1984 serving clients in Medical Devices, Biotech, Financial Services, Advertising and Electronics. He holds an MA in Human Resources from The New School for Social Research and an AB from Lafayette College. Bob is married and has a daughter who is a Director of Operations and a son who is a Casting Director in Los Angeles. His pro bono work focuses on development issues in the third world. He serves as a liaison to the editorial board of The New York Times.
SUSAN MARTIN-Partner
Susan joined RVO in 1985. She manages our recruiting assignments in the marketing and sales arena. Susan has seven years of prior experience as a commodities broker. Active in local government affairs, Susan is married, a mother of two and holds a BA from Brooklyn College.
BONNIE KANTOR-PARTNER
Bonnie Kantor is an RVO Search partner based in New York. She leads searches primarily in the financial services industry across key functions including: Operations & Technology (O&T), finance, digital banking, block chain, diversity and inclusion, and decision management. Her passion is collaborating with her clients to place diverse talent that accelerates their innovation and transformation efforts.
To attract, select and place the best talent, Bonnie leverages her 25+ years of sales, business development and technology experience as well as her extensive network serving many of the largest consumer banking, wealth management, and investment banking organizations. Prior to joining RVO Search, Bonnie was a Managing Director at Deloitte in the Banking & Capital Marketing practice. She was the Client Relationship Executive for one of Deloitte’s largest global banking clients. She was also the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) lead for Deloitte’s Clients & Markets business unit. Previously, she held sales leadership positions at SAS, Oracle and Digital Equipment.
A native of New York City, Bonnie has a BA in Economics from Brooklyn College and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology. She is a board member of NCFS, a non-profit organization founded by Holocaust survivors, focused on teaching tolerance and taking a stand against bigotry. She currently resides in Greenport, Long Island with her husband and Great Dane.
